The Elies Resort Hotel comprises 32 units extended over 15 buildings. The rooms are categorized into standard rooms, junior suites, senior pool villas and junior pool villas. Built according to the typical Cycladic architecture, with simple, pure forms and cubic volumes, Elies Resort Hotel is graceful in its own way. Flat roofs, dark wood and grey stones have been used for constructing the building. The buildings are whitewashed and doors and windows painted in a picturesque contrast to the multitudinous expressions of nature. The traditional fireplace, called panostria bedecks the room. They are accessorized with proper amenities like television with cable connection, telephone and attached bath.

Elies Resort Hotel comprises a poolside bar and a restaurant which serve delicious culinary delights. The Pool Restaurant & Bar serves American buffet breakfast ameliorated with specialties of Sifnos and followed by chilled champagne. Lunch comprises fresh salads, international dishes and flavorsome local foods. If you wish to have lunch at the beach, you may avail a special Petite Carte.
